DAY 1: Arrival,
Beijing On arrival in
Beijing International airport,
transfer to the hotel in a private
car. Check in & relax and
in the evening you are picked
up from the hotel to not to miss
“acrobatic show’.
The entire show is amazing and
thoroughly entertaining.
Day 2: Beijing After
an early breakfast, transfer
from the hotel for a full day
private tour to: Forbidden City,
Summer Palace, Imperial Gardens
& Temple of Heave. Visit
the Tiananmen square in the
evening. Back to the hotel by
late evening and overnight at
the hotel in Beijing.
Day 3: Beijing Breakfast
at the hotel and you are transferred
for a private guided tour of
Great Wall in Badaling area.
Explore the amazing great wall
and after lunch you will visit
the Ming tombs where the 13
emperors of the Ming dynasty
were buried. In the evening
you are picked up from the hotel
to watch the traditional Kung
fu show. Overnight at the hotel
in Beijing
Day 4: Beijing- Xian
In the morning after
breakfast check out of the hotel
for full day tour starting with
Beijing Lama Temple, which was
built in 1694 which is one the
largest and most important Tibetan
Buddhist monastries in the world.
Then take a rare opportunity
to see a giant Panda in the
Beijing zoo. After lunch you
travel to an altar built in
1420 AD memorialize the divine
farmer Shennong, an emperor
from thousands of years ago
who taught his people the art
of agriculture. Inside is a
museum documenting the rise
of Chinese architecture and
agriculture in ancient times.
In the evening transfer to the
airport for your flight to Xian.
On arrival in Xian, transfer
to the hotel in a private car.
Day 5: Xian After
breakfast you are picked up
from the hotel for a full day
tour of Xian City and Terracota
warriors. The Terracotta Army
was created to guard Emperor
Qin Shihuang's tomb and to protect
him in the afterlife. It is
estimated that there are over
7,000 life-size terracotta figures
and horses buried here. The
museum complex, which you will
visit on this tour, features
extensive exhibits, artifacts
and a movie of the rich history
of the site, plus breathtaking
examples of the countless treasures
unearthed here. After your museum
visit, you'll also see the Banpo
Site. Dating back about 6,000
years, it was a typical Neolithic
matriarchal community. This
excavated site of a village
was discovered in 1953, 45 houses,
6 pottery kilns, 200 storage
pits, 250 adult's tombs and
children's burial jars, 10,000
tools and utensils were unearthed.
After lunch, you will travel
to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda,
a symbol of the city. Step on
the Xi'an's city wall. It is
the most complete and best preserved
city wall in all of China, dating
back some 600 years.
In the late evening you are
taken to Xian Dumpling banquet
and Tang Dynasty show. The performance
showcases the music, dance and
colorful costumes that have
graced the region for centuries.
Day 6: Xian- Shanghai
After breakfast you
are transferred to the airport
for your flight to Shanghai.
On arrival in Shanghai you are
transferred to the hotel in
a private car or in 500 kph
Maglev train which covers the
32 Kms trip from airport to
down town in 8 minutes. Check
in to the hotel in Shanghai.
In the evening you are picked
up from the hotel for Huangpu
River cruise & bund city
lights evening tour of Shanghai.
After dinner you are dropped
back to the hotel.
Day 7: Shanghai In
the morning you are picked up
from the hotel for a full day
tour of Shanghai. The sights
include Shanghai provincial
history museum, Yuyuan garden,
the bund, jade Buddha temple
& oriental pearl tower TV
tower.
Day 8: Shanghai, Departure
After a leisurely breakfast
transfer to the airport in a
private car or by 500 kph Maglev
train
